About the Position:

The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for helping our internal teams meet their hiring goals. You will partner across our product, marketing and customer success teams to help build and support each department. This will involve sourcing and recruiting great talent, telling the Breeze story and play an integral role in adding high-performing individuals to our team.

Your Responsibilities Would Be:

  • Serve as the face of the organization for prospective candidates
  • Develop and manage a pipeline for recruiting both inside and outside of Omaha across product, marketing and support roles to help the company reach its hiring goals
  • Proactively source new talent, and review inbound applications
  • Directly support the Executive team with interview scheduling and coordination
  • Communicate with candidates to keep them up to date on their candidacy
  • Coordinate with any 3rd party recruiting agencies and vendors

The Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience in recruiting across multiple teams including product, marketing, support and people
  • An ability to find unique ways to attract top talent both locally and nationally
  • Experience building and scaling a high-growth startup while maintaining company culture
  • Ability to recognize exceptional talent
  • 2+ years in an in-house recruiting role
