About the Position:

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for owning the company's marketing initiatives across all channels to help achieve both short and long-term growth and customer acquisition goals. This individual should have a successful track record of leading marketing and growth initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience executing direct to consumer campaigns across multiple channels, the ability to build a high functioning team and an analytical eye make sure we’re driving impactful results.

Your Responsibilities Would Be:

  • Champion and own all marketing and customer acquisition activities for the organization
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, competitive dynamics, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Oversee agency partners to develop, test, and refine online and offline strategies to reach new policyholders
  • Recruit, bBuild, retain, and lead a world-class marketing and growth team
  • Leverage our data team to uncover insights and make data-driven decisions that drive predictable and steady growth
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, establish positioning,  and develop marketing plans to reach these target segments with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, web teams, and other acquisition teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics

The Preferred Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience with direct to consumer and performance marketing
  • Deep knowledge of growth marketing through SEO, paid media, partnerships, and offline channels
  • An individual contributor who also has eExperience growing and scaling high performing marketing and growth teams
  • Keen ability to leverage data to make informed, strategic marketing decisions
  • Experience in the Fintech space, particularly in the Insurtech space
  • High interest in the evolving Insurtech space with an eye on trends and market activity
