About the Role
Headquartered in Omaha, Breeze is a technology-focused MGA that makes it quicker and easier to get disability insurance and critical illness insurance. We sell policies both direct to consumer and through our network of insurance agents with our own proprietary technology that helps speed up the quoting, application and underwriting processes.
To further this mission, we’re looking for hungry and ambitious business development lead to join our team to drive growth through partnerships. This is a new, fast-growing function responsible for creating and nurturing marketing relationships with affiliates, benefits platforms, associations and other relevant organizations.
This role will be responsible for building and growing referrals through marketing partnerships; creating and executing integrated co-marketing plans; using data to evaluate and improve the performance of existing campaigns; and driving business growth by significantly scaling our marketing partnerships.

Founded in 2018, Breeze is dedicated to providing simple and affordable insurance benefits to today's modern workforce. In partnership with Assurity and MunichRe, Breeze provides the first fully online, fully underwritten long term disability insurance policy designed for independent contractors, gig economy workers and freelancers. Breeze is venture-backed by Boston-based Link Ventures.
